A Brand New Look Within the Same Four Walls

This 25m² kitchen renovation didn’t involve an extension, but the impact was big. The client came to us with a chosen kitchen design and a few standout requests. They already had a fitted kitchen chosen, and asked us to assist with finalising the layout, stripping out the old kitchen, and managing the full renovation from start to finish, including plumbing, electrical, flooring, and cabinetry. Complete with a hidden coffee corner and bright seating area, this kitchen was transformed into a beautiful and functional space.

Bold Finishes with Real Functionality

One of the most exciting parts of any renovation is choosing finishes that reflect your style, and this project was full of smart, standout choices. From flooring to storage details, each element was carefully selected to elevate the space while keeping it functional.

A Hidden Highlight: the Built-in Coffee Corner

One of the most distinctive features of this kitchen is the enclosed coffee station.

The client requested a concealed unit with bifold doors, which required us to source and adapt a door tracking system to work with the kitchen cabinetry. The interior includes open shelving, quartz worktop continuation, and a custom antique mirror on the back wall, giving the unit both functionality and depth.

It’s a feature that gets daily use, while still keeping visual clutter out of sight.

Stylish, Smart and Finished to the Highest Standard

This was a project full of detail, and the client was delighted with the outcome. From layout adjustments and smart storage to premium finishes and fast turnaround, the result is a 25m² kitchen that’s elegant, highly usable, and full of character. They were especially happy with how we approached the more unusual elements, like sourcing the mirror and making the bifold system work within the cabinetry, small touches that made a big difference.

The renovation was scheduled for 3 weeks, and extended slightly to 3.5 due to a change in flooring mid-way. We adapted quickly to accommodate the new LVT herringbone floor, which became a standout feature.
